Our Policy on gluten and none gluten containing foods / meals.
Here at Goji Cafe we have taken steps to control the risk of cross contamination from gluten ingredients to none gluten containing dishes, however as gluten based ingredients are present in our kitchen and serving area we can not claim or guarantee these products to be completely Gluten Free at all times, therefore its now our policy to state that food items are "free from gluten-containing ingredients". This shoulld allow coeliacs to make choices based on their individual levels of sensitivity.
