14 th February £35 all inclusive menu with flowers for all the ladies

Goji surprise cocktail

 

The first taste

Homemade rosemary ciabatta topped with sundried tomato, basil, and served with an aubergine, garlic and olive tapenade and marinated oyster mushroom (vegan)

 

This could be the start of something big

Couscous and pine nut stuffed vine leaves, baked in tomato, fresh basil and preserved lemon, with mini sesame coriander falafels and yoghurt mint dip (vegan opt)

Love Triangle

Spicy butternut and sweet potato filo triangle on a bed of wilted spinach, roasted vegetable quinoa pilaf with asparagus spears and lime rocket pesto (vegan)

Beautiful Rose

A beetroot risotto , enriched with wine and served with a ‘parmesan crisp', and saffron cream (GFI) (vegan opt)

 

You give me something

To share, a Goji cheeseboard including yorkshire blue and katy's lavender with chutney, grapes, crackers . Vegan opt with pate

 

Then choose from one of these desserts

Passionfruit Roulade

A flourless hazelnut roll with passionfruit seeds , raspberry coulis and whipped cream ( GFI)

Like a Dream

Dairy free coconut milk and mango ‘pannecotta' with poached fruit topping, toasted coconut and cardamon shortbread biscuit (vegan)

 

Sweet Little Mystery

Some type of chocolate dessert…mmmm…..you mysterious thing you

Cupid‘s spears

Strawberry spears dipped in dairy free bitter chocolate and crushed pistachio served with… It's all over (bar ………your choice of tea or coffee)
