£28pp set menu all inclusive

Starring ‘Sean Cocktail’

With crudités, hummus and tapenade for every table

LOVE BITES

Sautéed wild mushrooms, saffron cashew cream, microherbs (V,GFI)

Or

Sushi plate and pickles of cucumber, watermelon, cauliflower(V,GFI)

HOT PLANTS

Herbed halloumi on puy lentil wild rice ragu with maple roasted beetroot, smoked aubergine pine nut spinach parcels with a blackcurrant, juniper and balsamic reduction (V opt with marinated seitan instead of cheese, GFI)

Or

Miso and soy glazed tofu steaks on hot and spicy sweetcorn and broccoli mèlange with a red onion tomato quinoa flatbread and a lemongrass coconut cream (V)

My little hot pot…Moroccan spiced vegetable and chick pea tagine with apricot,      cinnamon and cumin and a vegetable yoghurt (V, GFI)

Smoothie operator…..his/hers smoochy smoothy . His (watermelon, ginger, coconut   water, celery, pineapple) Hers(Avocado, banana, strawberry, yoghurt, flax) selection may vary (Vopts, GFI)

Adam’s choice ….with asparagus, apple, shaved manchego (opt), figs, almonds ,olive oiled leaves and a lick of pistachio cream (GFI opt)

A little bit on the side….warm bread/olives/nuts/hummus (£2.50 extra each or all as a starter plate),

Golden Lagoon…porcini and oyster mushroom risotto ring with butternut velouté, mange tout, and olive puree (GFI)

Naughtycal ……beer battered, sea smacked, quinoa crusted vegan style fish and chips with oven baked potato wedges, tartare sauce, peas (V, GFI, contains tofu/soya)

Gondola….get carried away on a Mediterranean aubergine putenesca style with white wine braised fennel wedges, basil, and orzo pasta

Cooking your special meal with a Mediterranean touch will be guest Chef Nikos Gaitanos flying over from Athens, Greece to join our own Headchef Wendy in the kitchen.

This unique event is priced at £40 per person for an all inclusive set menu
