Trio of mediterranean patés: artichoke, mushroom and olive, sundried tomato, walnut and sage, cannellini, pea and mint with warm baguette, and salad garnish. Vegan

Crispy wonton baskets: These are filled with spicy aduki beans, spinach, courgettes and peppers, and served with a tamari dressing and fresh pineapple. Vegan

Brawn cocktail: layers of cauliflower tabouleh, goji salads and homemade dairy free lemon mayo. Vegan, may be GFI

Carrot, rice and spinach broth: lightly spiced refreshing yet warming broth

Hummus, pitta, side salad, and olives. Vegan

Mains

Asian style tofu bake: organic tofu marinated in garlic, white miso, chilli and sesame oil with roasted butternut, broccoli, mushrooms, rice, and chef’s own garden plum sauce. Vegan and GFI £11.50

Aubergine baked with pesto, served with rich organic red wine tomato sauce, goat cheese, and vine tomatoes. GFI. Can be vegan. £11.00

Goji Mushroom Burger: large mushroom with halloumi cheese, tomato ketchup, salad, almond pesto(opt) in a seedy bun with sweet potato wedges. Vegans can choose smoked tofu instead of cheese. £10
